At market: June 12th

Our luck with Mother Nature is turning around. This week we are weeding everything!! Well, except stuff we had to till under due to the torrents of June. Now we are prepping soil to plant again. For now we will have a few nice things: carrots, scallions, summer squash, onions, garlic, potatoes. Kale, lettuce, collards, escarole, herbs and flowers, and of course eggs. We are running low on chicken and will likely be out after this week for a while. On a positive note, we will have duck in the coming weeks!
Other things coming soon are cucumbers, broccoli, cabbage, radicchio, and not too far off are beans!! We’ll keep you posted when things come in. See you at the market!
