Starting this Saturday Morning, Salt Fork Farms will serve breakfast at the Iowa City Farmers’ Market

Good Morning!

While Eric and J are taking the broilers up to Greene, IA to be processed, I thought I would share with you their exciting news! Starting this Saturday, September 15, J will be making eggs and toast to order, with seasonal vegetables as a side. We also have the honor of serving Pavelka’s Point meats with the eggs. We will work with Bill and Lois to provide you a variety of meat as it is available.

Eric will continue to run the produce and chickens. Liz, J’s partner, or I will continue to serve as back up to both Eric and J. For those of you in the CSA, you can use your CSA credit for breakfast!

We look forward to seeing you all this Saturday!
