Wagons Ho!

Salt Fork Farms is packing up the hen wagon for a ride down the road to a neighbor’s pasture, where they will get plenty of space to graze and forage. We will make some last-minute fixes on the wagon today and stage the wagon tonight for an early morning trip down the road. New farm helper, Seth, and I will set up fences and make all the preparations for the move. I will post pictures later as the project develops.

Once the chickens are in their new home, we will have clearance to begin the greenhouse project!

Blog you later,
Eric

This is our hen wagon, as it was upon its completion!

Good luck with the move! Sounds like you guys are super busy and I hope the greenhouse gets done soon so you can centralize you seedlings and plants. Speaking of which I better get some in soil as well. City gardens need more time (aka sun)! I’m going to pester Eve for a visit end of April so think of some work for me to do while I am there too.
