Planting Tomatoes and Making Compost

Today is damp and warm, but although winter is officially over as of yesterday, we are likely to see water freeze a few more times. Today I am starting tomatoes and lettuce. I will also be ‘potting on’ brassicas. They grow so fast!

After this, it will be the chicken wagon clean out! Time to start the compost pile heating up.
