Garlic is up!

I just uncovered the 2011 garlic crop and it looks great! If I were more savvy, I would have taken a photo and uploaded it, but I’m not. I also removed winter covers on beds at the old Pavelka plot. Not much is happening, but perhaps leeks, lettuce, choi, and some carrots overwintered and will produce a crop for us. Exciting. Still waiting on the greenhouse delivery…delays.

Now off to prune the apple trees! Tomorrow there is company coming to the farm, so I’ll likely not post. Whoever is reading this stuff.
